snmpd.log file size issue

We have been running low on disk space in /var/log and came across huge snmpd.log files. I have a few questions.

 

It appears that the file is opened by the snmpd daemon. However if I look at the documentation on snmpd, it does not mention this log file.

 

What type of data goes here? From who?

 

How can we control what type of information gets logged here? Where is the config file?
