Hello experts,
We recently had a service where the connection would be interrupted before the idle timeout ended.
Idle timeout is set to 5 minutes but the connection cuts out after about 1 minute
After testing, everything is fine after bypassing F5.

Then we set the TCP Keep Alive Interval and it works fine...
Why is this happening...?

Was the connection being closed by Client, Server, or F5?

According to the report, it's F5 that closes the connection.
