R-series machine backup and restore question

Hi,

The customer ask me about r-series machine backup configuration question:

If they forget create primary key when install machine moment, so if the appliance have issue need RMA, then how to restore the configuration data?

I have check below link of KB, but also can’t found the answer, would you please assist me?

    JefferyK I am not aware of any way to restore the configuration without that key. I wouldn't imagine a way exists around this because that would be a rather large security issue.

      Because old 2000 and i-series also don't need create this key.
      So this new standard from F5, maybe too many network administrator also don't know want to create this key after new install R-series machine.
      I'm also tried to doing lab test to re-install F5OS on r-series demo machine, it can completed setup and don't need create this key.

      So if replace r-series machine at RMA moment, how do engineer to help customer to do?
