MVPJefferyK I am not aware of any way to restore the configuration without that key. I wouldn't imagine a way exists around this because that would be a rather large security issue.
JefferyKBecause old 2000 and i-series also don't need create this key.
So this new standard from F5, maybe too many network administrator also don't know want to create this key after new install R-series machine.
I'm also tried to doing lab test to re-install F5OS on r-series demo machine, it can completed setup and don't need create this key.So if replace r-series machine at RMA moment, how do engineer to help customer to do?
