Problems connecting to vpn after upgrading to ubuntu 24.04
good afternoon,
I have upgraded ubuntu to 24.04 and since then I can no longer connect correctly to the vpn with the f5 client.
In the client it appears that I am connected to the vpn, but then I do not reach any of the sites and servers that with the 22.04 version if it arrived.
Can you help me.

Changing the /etc/resolv.conf symlink from /run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf to /run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf worked for me.

Awesome, this solved!

I can confirm the same issue on Ubuntu 24.04. No problem with the routing table.
The tunnel goes up, but the DNS configuration is not pushed. If I push DNS configuration manually it works :

I'm having exactly the same problem.
Any clues?

This workaround helped resolve the issue in my case.

It may be that something in Ubuntu has modified the routing table, or this version treats routing tables differently.
After you connect with the new version, examine the system routes and try to compare that with the older version and see if you can spot any differences.

It lookup more like a name resolution issue than routing (the workaround suggested here, pointing /etc/resolv.conf to /run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf works properly).
