System Upgrade from V12.0 to V14.1.x

Hi Dears,

I'm Planning to upgrade my system, I don't have much experience to do that, I downloaded the iso file and watched some videos, according to your experience if someone would help me to make the steps in points for upgrading and validation and what is the recommended things to do before upgrade.
