how to not disconnect session when happen fail over??
and not disconnect connection when i enable loose initiation at profile?

if you have configured the "mirroring" network, between Active and Standby, yes.
There is a db variable to control this (StateMirror.MirrorSessions) and enabled by default.

do you mean the session table that you create and manage within iRules (using "table" command) ?
or anything related to APM sessions for example ?
in case of "table", it is synced between Active and Standby by design. and it is flushed on the standby when flushed on the active (per entry).
But again, i am not sure it is what you are looking for
