NimbostratusTroubleshooting Bandwidth Limit Exceedance in Outlook Client Despite BWC Policy
Hi,
I created a BWC policy to limit the bandwidth of an Outlook client to 2MB. But when I look inside the logs, I realize that the concerned Outlook client is using much more bandwidth than 2MB. What could be the cause of this?

Hello!
In an instance such as this where you have logs for review we would highly suggest if you have a support contract that you create a case. This will allow for one of our engineers to do a full review of your logs and assist in finding root cause along with a resolution.
