F5 is not providing any console/Web Access.Software is corrupted. How to clean install its firmware?

My Failed F5 is not providing any console/Wwb Access after multiple tries. I think its software/Firmware is corrupted BIGIP 2000. How to resolve or clean install its firmware.

Console access gives ambigous chars, numbering, how to clean install its firmware 13.0.0. while keeping in mind it would be hard reset first i think by any way because its not providing any web/console access.

No screen buttons working and screen showing message only "F5 Networks incorporated".

    Hi atifali

You can try with installing the image using the USB.

    1.Download BIG-IP ISO (13.0.0) from F5

2.Format USB as FAT32, copy ISO to root

    3.Insert USB, power on device

4.Use LCD to select "Install from USB"

I’ve encountered the same issue and followed the steps outlined above, which resolved it. Since you don’t have console access, that’s the only viable option. If the device doesn’t respond to console, USB, or LCD input, it’s highly likely a hardware failure.

I would recommend you going through the following article:

  • Yes its not working on any option, I think its hardware failure. Its AOM module showing "CPU faulty" error while we go through its options

      Hi atifali

You are correct. A "CPU faulty" error from the AOM means the device has a hardware failure that cannot be fixed by re-imaging or USB recovery. You will need to RMA the device through F5 Support.
