Yes its not working on any option, I think its hardware failure. Its AOM module showing "CPU faulty" error while we go through its options

You are correct. A "CPU faulty" error from the AOM means the device has a hardware failure that cannot be fixed by re-imaging or USB recovery. You will need to RMA the device through F5 Support.
