Apr 13, 2011No Response when requesting licenses for this MP
I submitted for 2 licenses for this MP last weekend and then replied to it on Wednesday of last week and still have received no information what so ever.
Is there an easier way to get licenses issued?
Any assistance would be great
Thanks in advance,
Josh

Hi Josh,
I'm not sure why you haven't received a reply yet. If you still haven't gotten a response, you could contact your F5 account manager or partner to ask them to check on this for you.

I submitted for eight a few weeks ago, never got anything either. So this is sitting in my lab waiting to be tested and the people who were interested in it are growing tired. Is there a guide for this management pack? Did I miss it with all the hoops I had to jump through to get the mp, install it, etc? - Phillip_Blatzhe
