No Response when requesting licenses for this MP

I submitted for 2 licenses for this MP last weekend and then replied to it on Wednesday of last week and still have received no information what so ever.     Is there an easier way to get licens...

I'm not sure why you haven't received a reply yet. If you still haven't gotten a response, you could contact your F5 account manager or partner to ask them to check on this for you.
