Monitoring Big-IP using SCOM 2012
In an effort to bring F5 devices under SCOM 2012 infrastructure, we installed the f5 managemnent pack in our SCOM server. While trying to discover the F5 BIG-IP device, the below error occurs. I tried with admin & root credentials with Management & self IP but still the issue persists. Any help to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated? Setup fails due to Domain list error (COMException)

We’re trying to install the 2.1.5.440 F5 Management Pack onto our SCOM 2007 server, however, keep getting an error in the log about not finding the registry keys. Alert for Pool Member down
Hello, I read the "how-to" override the alert messages (linked below) but I'm wondering if anyone has figured out how to utilize "$target" alert attributes. High-level, I need to find out how to create an alert like the example below. I thought I should be able to do this by implementing new aggregate/roll-up monitors but I'm struggling with how to get it to work. Big IP authentication on Cisco ACS
Anyone here with experience in authenticating on a cisco acs? how can i get the acs group mapped to the admin group on the bigip? i have setup tacacs authentication and added this on the f5 b remoterole role info administrator '{ attribute "F5-LTM-User-Info-1=adm" role administrator user partition all console enable deny disable line order 1 }' thx

Monitoring Pack installation failure
So I went to install the latest (downloaded today) Monitoring Pack on our main SCOM server and it failed. The end of the setup log shows an MSI exit code of 1603, but scrolling through the log I see it failed during the database section. The root case was an access denied to an xml file in my user temp folder: C:\Users\stuartd\AppData\Local\Temp\F5 Networks\Management Pack\20140404_135942\ManagementPackDatabaseDefinition.xml. I had specified a new domain service account for the management pack to use, and at the SQL step of filling out the setup GUI leaving it set to Windows login was the only option. So how do I do this successfully?
Install fails with MSI 1603 error on SCOM 2012 SP1
Hi all, Can anyone help? Trying to install the F5 MP on SCOM 2012 SP1. Getting the error below in the setup log FatalError: msi failed to run with exit code: 1603 SCOM 2012 SP1 running on x64 Windows 2008 R2 servers Same error on 2 separate SCOM installations. In the windows eventlog also see (looks related) System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'MOMBIDldr.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) at Bid.internalInitialize() Any help appreciated
