Can you be more specific in your requirement? It is unclear if you are trying to open a port for a service on the load balancer itself (such as a management service; port lockdown feature) or trying to create a new virtual service. - CBohannan_14046

Can you provide a few additional details about the requirements and the current configuration? There are too many variables to effectively answer this question as-is. - Root44

Hello guys, I am trying to open/create multiple ports on virtual server and I want command to do it. I hope you both got me this time. Thanks, R same as in other thread, for multiple ports you either create multiple virtual servers (with same IP) or create one virtual server listening on any port. you do need to be careful with providing to much access then. this could be prevented with an irule that blocks unwanted ports.
to do an any port virtual server in tmsh you can do:
create ltm virtual vs-all-port destination 10.3.22.150:any pool pl-all-port
