MVPcould you rephrase your comment? it don't quite understand what you want to do. in general you create a virtual server on a certain IP and then you can configure for that virtual server which port to listen on. if you need multiple ports you can create multiple virtual servers or listen to any port.
also looking on your questions it feels you are pretty new with F5 BIG-IP and do some complex things. perhaps a training would be useful, F5 offers them, but so do F5 partners and perhaps even internally at your company something is possible.
