NimbostratusFIX_MESSAGE is not fired
I configured VS with FIX profile and test irule, version of TMOS is 11.5.1 and FIX version is 4.4. The test irule is very simple: when FIX_MESSAGE { log local0. "This message is recorded as FIX Message" }
But the FIX_MESSAGE event is not fired when I test with client data.

Hmmm, not much on the wiki is there? I was reading through this: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm-implementations-11-5-0/44.print.html and wonder if it's to do with the parsing configuration?
Perhaps try enabling Quick Parsing (is seems to be disabled by default)?

I followed your guide, tried enable Quick Parsing but it didn't work.
