I configured VS with FIX profile and test irule, version of TMOS is 11.5.1 and FIX version is 4.4.

CirrostratusHmmm, not much on the wiki is there? I was reading through this: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm-implementations-11-5-0/44.print.html and wonder if it's to do with the parsing configuration?
Perhaps try enabling Quick Parsing (is seems to be disabled by default)?
