MVPlike i said; f5 certified professionals Linkedin group has an active certification discussion and some members have posted study guides.
the blue prints for the exams you can find here: http://www.f5.com/support/training-certification/certification/professional-certification-exams/ and then click on the exam you are looking for.
the f5 certification portal also has some basic info under files.
