Disable a Virtual Server Completly

I have a virtual server with an IP that is going to be used (Temporarily) by another server, but still after I disable the virtual server, the IP address is pingable and is owned by the F5 device. Is ...

have you disabled arp on that virtual address? it is at local traffic > virtual servers > virtual address list > (address) > arp.
