"Cpu utilization over 300 seconds is 100%" - Question

Hello,   I've got a question. Why does the message below appear in var/log/ltm file every 5 minutes? In comparison GUI graphs or "top" don't indicate any load at all - CPU utilization below 10%. ...

The chmand daemon relates to chassis/hardware monitoring as well as AOM (if present).

You might try 

bigstart restart chmand
to see if that fixes the issue (or even a reboot) but considering the critical functions of this deamon, you might just want to log a call with F5 support immediately.
