Can you access the LTM using SSH or from the console? If so, try running 'bigstart restart httpd' or 'bigstart restart tomcat4'. You can check the GUI logs under /var/log/httpd/ for additional debug. Aaron

I have the same problem. If I access via https I get the message "Restarting the Configuration Utility ..." and via ssh "Re-starting Tomcat4. I reboot the F5 (httpd and Tomcat4 services have also been restarted) and the problem continues. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Updates: It seems like the Persistence records table is too big that, when opening it, the CPU grow up to 100% and HTTPD process bugs. Is there any limitations in the number of entries of this table?

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue. My web GUI was unable to access after upgrade from 11.1.0 HF4 to 11.51 HF7. I am logging in my console via ssh therefore it should not be network issue.

Hi guys, The solution that worked for me is to restart the tomcat service instead of httpd. Seems like tomcat is the one buggy. BR//
