can't not access configuration utility

Hi all!     When I access F5 with IE browser. I see screen display "Configuration Utility restarting" and I can't configure F5. Please help me!

I had tried restarting both tomcat and httpd service but still unable to get it running.

 

was httpd up when restarting or was it down?

 

if it was down, do you know whether syslog-ng was running? was syslog-ng configuration customized?

    both httpd and tomcat was up

    have you generated qkview when the problem was happening? if yes, you may open a support case and see if they can find something.

    Did you solve the issue? I am facing the same problem after upgrade to 11.5.2 HF1. Cheers, Peter
