can't not access configuration utility

Hi all!     When I access F5 with IE browser. I see screen display "Configuration Utility restarting" and I can't configure F5. Please help me!

It seems like the Persistence records table is too big that, when opening it, the CPU grow up to 100% and HTTPD process bugs.

 

 

Is there any limitations in the number of entries of this table?
