Is it administrative or user/local based access password you want to change???

Please follow below procedure.

Syntax: tmsh create auth user password role

Eg: tmsh create auth user readonly password ***** role guest

Then save the confiurations:

echo readonly >> /config/bigip/auth/localusers tmsh save /sys config
