    Not so long as you're just adding more tagged VLAN's it doesn't usually (i.e. I've never seen it do it, but YMMV). I wouldn't expect any outage.

     

    If you're having to alter the switch port config however (i.e. to move from an access port to a trunked port - That's cisco trunk, not BigIP trunk :) ), then it would depend on exactly what you're doing and the order in which you type the commands (And probably the exact model of switch too).
