Hi,

Did you notice that the Qkviews from Velos Controller did not appear on iHealth after they were uploaded?

Velos controller version is 1.2

Hi @Mgfrando ,

Have you refer the following article to upload the qkview directly from the R series Host to ihealth site using your credentials

Generating Qkviews from the webUI

In both the system controller and the chassis partition the qkview can be generated from

System Settings > System Reports

page. Here it also allows an admin to optionally upload them to iHealth.

To generate a qkview report, click the button in the upper right-hand corner.

It will take some time for the qkview to be generated. Once the qkview is generated, you can click the checkbox next to it, and then select Upload to iHealth.

Your iHealth credentials will automatically fill in if you entered them previously, and can be cleared if you want to use another account.

You can optionally add an F5 Support Case Number and Description when uploading to iHealth.

ALso please define the size of your QKVIEW file befor generating so that you can get all the data

First of all upgrade to 1.3.2 as this is the most stable release as 1.2 is not under support anymore:

Second of all there is known bug for big qkviews when using GUI to download so go CLI for this job:
