Hi, Did you notice that the Qkviews from Velos Controller did not appear on iHealth after they were uploaded? Velos controller version is 1.2

MVPFirst of all upgrade to 1.3.2 as this is the most stable release as 1.2 is not under support anymore:

Second of all there is known bug for big qkviews when using GUI to download so go CLI for this job:
