LLDP issue

Hi, good afternoon.

I enable LLDP feature in F5 11.5.1 HF10 but F5 is not shwing any neighbor. Also the device that F5 is connected is not showing F5.

I did a tcpdump just looking for lldp frames (L2). I could see mac address from device that F5 is connected sending frames to lldp multicast mac address, and F5 is not responding it.

I did "bigstart status lldpd" command and linux is saying this service is down. I try to start it but the status doesn't change. Ltm log file is not showing any information about it.

Does anyone see that before?

Is the LLDP on the switch configured (As well as switched on)? Normally (On cisco anyway) you have to actually tell it what to include in the LLDP messages before you get anything really meaningful from it.
