K11447758 - how to identify weather F5 box is single-bladed or multi-bladed chassis system

I am looking into K11447758, where in the IMPACT statement is as below :

A remote attacker may be able to cause the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) to restart. This issue occurs on multi-blade chassis, including multi-blade vCMP guests. This issue does not occur on single-bladed systems, on BIG-IP Virtual Edition (VE), or on single-bladed vCMP guests.

I am unable to identify whether F5 box is single bladed or multi-bladed chassis. We are using vCMP iseries as well.

Is there any way by using command I will be able to identify that.

Adding to my question, is it only specific to VIPRION and F5 4200 and iSeries are not affected by this vulnerability K11447758  ?
