Windows update and Online archive not working

I have F5 loadbalancing the TMG proxy servers for users to connect to the internet. This works fine, but windows server using the the proxy are unable to download the patch updates. Also, online archive doesnt work. I am using a simple persistence method to load balance the TMG proxy servers. Did i miss any confogurations?

    Is internet working on servers..? what is default gateway of servers? is it f5...? if yes then check SNAT option. and change the default gateway of servers to local routing,,,!
