Windows clients getting error from VPN
Run the web browser with admin rights instead of just normal operation. I have the same issue whereby I have to run IE with admin rights each time to get the VPN to work and to prevent IE crashing.
Secondly it may be a case of a proxy being used that would filter any .exe/.cab files being automatically downloaded. I've seen this happen whereby a proxy exception was needed. If you have issues with the VPN installing you can obtain a standalone .exe file from the APM for the clients to install instead of allowing it to automatically install and download. To obtain this ... click on Access Policy --> Secure Connectivity --> highlight the connectivity profile --> Click customize package --> download.
Hopefully that helps a little ... I've had similar issues (and more) on this.
