NimbostratusvServer/iRule to HTTP POST files to the F5 itself
I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to put SSL certs onto an F5 by using a vServer that points to the F5 itself and would allow us to POST the certs/keys to the box. Has anyone done this before?

giltjrI am assuming you want to automate storing the certs/keys to the F5. Why not use SFTP or SCP?
kcobean_191923Hi giltjr, that's exactly right. I know that SFTP/SCP are the go-to protocols for something like this, but I'm trying to find out if our web-based orchestration tools can do this via HTTP.

Well, I'm not sure. I mean what TCP port would you point to on the F5? You would need to be able to have your own HTTP server on the F5.
I would assume that if you want to do something like this that you might be able to use iControl.
