Version 17.5.1 as next move?

Hello,

I just noticed, that there is new 17.5.1 version. I am considering it as major version (17.5). Does anyone know please whether there is gonna be 17.1.2.3 or not?

Thank you

Have a great day

    Hi Jan_Loukota

I have 17.1.2.1 version at our F5. I have a plan to upgrade 17.5.1-0.0.7 next week.  If you have time to wait. I ll let you know the result.

  • Hi

We have 17.5 and no issues observed till. We have installed the version in hardware and VM as part of vulnerability mitigation. Almost stable till now, So please upgrade after checking service/license check date.

  • Hello,

In version 17.5.1 we had a problem with the antivirus check for APM on MacOS users for a customer environment. We couldn't pass the antivirus check step on different epsec and different MacOS versions. Since we installed the release the first day, we didn't elobrate much, didn't open a case. And we downgraded it and upgraded to 17.5.0. I haven't seen an article or a bug record about it. Except that, we had no problems for 17.5.1 in different customer environments without APM.

On August 13th, the Quarterly Security Notification will be released. And probably for some CVEs, version 17.5.1 will be unaffected.

Thanks for the information. I've decided to wait a little longer. We don't have virus protection, but we actively use APM. I don't want to take any risks. The data center project is also running in parallel. It will make more sense once the DC is stable.
