Unable to generate QKView files
Hi
I am trying to generate QKView files on 2 of my devices and it is not generating the files.
When using the GUI, it completes with a file size of 0 and a date of 1970. When doing it via CLI it just keeps saying "generating". There are no log errors in the ltm logs and not sure where to check, what could be causing the issue.
Suggestions on what could be stopping the QKView from generating.

Does the qkview from CLI just hang, or does it ever finish and tell you the file was created?

Is there any qkview files in the /var/tmp, after you run from CLI ?

I have not been able to do EUD tests at the moment. I will need downtime. I am using 11.4.0 HF5, when i reboot into a 11.4.0 HF3 location, i am able to generate the files.

Anything in the ltm log whilst you're doing the qkview?
Try running qkview in the GUI and watching the ltm log in a console session:
tail -f /var/log/ltm | grep qkview (or without this grep to see all the output of course)

is /config/filestore/files_d/partition_new_d/ifile_d/:partition_new:VerifStatus_SMS_xml_33028_2 file existing?
if not, can you make it, maybe copying from peer unit?
