I am trying to generate QKView files on 2 of my devices and it is not generating the files.
When using the GUI, it completes with a file size of 0 and a date of 1970. When doing it via C...

Try running qkview in the GUI and watching the ltm log in a console session:
tail -f /var/log/ltm | grep qkview (or without this grep to see all the output of course)
