Unable to download trial version of F5 VE edition.

Greetings Team!

 

I am unable to download free trail version of F5 VE edition from F5 downloads page. I got Licenses though.

Every time I try to download it shows below error.

 

Export Compliance Check - Failure.

 

We're sorry. We are not able to complete your download at this time.

Please report the error to the F5 Technical Services team by sending an email to csp@f5.com Please be prepared to provide your user ID, name, company name, contact phone number and IP address.

Thank you.

 

 

I have sent email with above mentioned details to csp@f5.com but no use.

 

Could you please suggest on this ?

    Hi Aayush Thanks for your reply.

     

    Its been more than 48 hours since i send the mail.

     

    To be precise i sent it on : 21st Jan-2021.

     

    Please suggest further. Thank in Advance!!!

    You may find some additional explanatory details (and instructions) in this AskF5 article: K59533861: Export compliance check failure. The key reason for the error is described as followed: "Exports to entities listed on a U.S. government denied party/prohibited end-user list may be prohibited or proceed only if they have been licensed. In addition, F5 uses IP geolocation data provided through Digital Element (a third-party vendor) to discover user locations and ensure that parties from sanctioned or embargoed countries are restricted from accessing software upgrades, bug fixes, and so on."
