(TMM) memory utilization is good , but (others) is high ...always

Dears , Why the (Other)processes (other than TMM) always highly utilize the memory ??   I know that this is a normal behavior, but what is the description of this issue ?

if u navigate to Statistics , you will find the memory and cpu utilization it will shows it to you as : TMM : ..... other: .....

 

the other value is always high , and always its 90%
