Time Until Up feature on GTM

Time Until Up is a monitor feature for LTM monitors but this feature is not available on GTMs. I have a requirement for the GTM to wait a period of time to switch traffic back to the active when it returns to healthy. Is there a way to do this or will the GTM always switch back to the active instantly once it returns a healthy monitor response?)
