The CPU Utilization and ASM CUP Utilization

Hi Everyone,   I need the experts input on the following,     The CPU Utilization and the ASM CPU utilization shows lmost zero whsy is that.   Regards,

I don't think there is a base line. It really depends on what you have your ASM configuration doing.

 

Since this is not in production yet, you would need to be monitoring when traffic is actually flowing through this box to see anything and it may need to be more than just a few packets every now and then.

 

We don't have ASM, just LTM and in our production boxes we only avg. about 3% CPU utilization, that is with 6-7K active connections, about 15Mbps going through the box and doing 10Mbps compression. If nothing is going through your box, then you would be way below our CPU utilization.
