Test enviroment build out

I've looked through the forum hoping to find a simple solution but didn't find anything yet.

 

We have 3 data centers. In each data center we have a production virtual appliance and a test/dev virtual appliance. We have GTM, LTM, Access policies, etc. that run on the production appliances. What we'd like to do is build out our test environment exactly as our prod environment to start with. Is there a straight forward way of taking the configuration of the prod appliance, change ip, etc. and load it into the test appliance?

    Hello,

     

    This is currently not supported by F5. But you can try to generate an SCF configuration file on the production and reimport it on the test. We have done this several times for us but you need to keep logged in to the test when you import the scf file and change every password (admin, root, AAA, SSO, etc.)
