Site Under maintenance - iRule

When all pool members or specific pool are down for some reason F5 load balancer automatically friendly message need to display for the users instead of error.

 

 

"Site under maintenance. Please try later"

 

 

Kindly suggested the iRule for the same

 

 

Will the load balancer allow the "Image" to display instead of "Text Message"? Please clarify.
