Set a Virtual Default Pool

Hi,

 

 

I was always told there were no dumb questions, but this may be one. I need an application that will allow me to change the default membership of virtual servers. The below seems to be exactly what i want.

Problem is, there do not appear to be any instructions, or i am just blind, on how to implement. What requirements are there on the client to use? What requirements on the F5? Am I supposed to install perl on my client (Server 2008 R2)? I just want to understand how I am suppose to use this.
