One extra bit of information for you: the object names were corrected by deleting the object with the wrong name, then creating a new object with the same properties as the old one (except for the name, of course). So, the old virtual server had the same IP and port as the new one. Don't know if that affects your diagnosis, but just wanted to let you know.
