The BIG-IP can statefully mirror TCP streams and some other IP so if you turn connection mirroring on in the virtual server and if you're using a locally stored persist method, mirror that as well in the persistence profile. RTMP is tunneled over port 80 by default so I would expect you should be able to create a port 80 virtual and turn mirroring on.
