Reg Upgrading LTM from 9.4.2 to 11.2

Hi team,   I have 9.4.2 image on Big IP 1600, I want to upgrade the box to 11.2 to build HA with other box running 11.2. Hence please provide your inputs to upgrade the box and build HA configurat...

4) I got below message and installation strucked in mid Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

 

just wondering if the installation has been started (i.e. is disc usable?).
