Nov 28, 2006Redirect to https fails
I am redirecting https to https from a now defunct webserver to a newer one.
My rule is:
redirect to "https://spp.abc.def.com/%u"
The redirect fails. Anyone know why this fails or how I can get around it? There is no proxy for this but it is not trying to examine packets or anything.
Thanks,
Kevin

I think I figured it out..
I cannot redirect https traffic because without a proxy the BIG-IP cannot look into encrypted traffic to make a redirect decision.
