Outlook client Issue
Hi,
I have configured network access optimization for outlook client. This means that when the user click the network access (outlook client) the outlook client installed on the pc will opens up. So in my case, the outlook client opens up but cannot still receive mails/ send mails.
Their outlook can only receive mails or send mails if they are connected to their internal network. How can I improve this or solve this? Thank you.

A couple of thoughts, do you mean you've created an App Tunnel for Outlook? Have you included all the ports it requires in the App Tunnel configuration? Also, do you see anything interesting in the /var/log/pktfilter log file? You may have to enabled logging in the App Tunnel configuration.
Hope this helps,
N

I already configured it using App Tunnel and Network Tunnel, both are not working properly, but I notice it works better using Network access since when I use App tunnel, it is on "disconnected" mode, unlike when we used it on Network Access, it is on "trying to connect" mode.
