No Data Received error

I recently set up a virtual server that is supposed to handle distributing traffic to a pool of five servers. The server is pretty much out of the box in terms of configuration. Unfortunately, when I try to navigate to it, I get an empty response, and there's a log entry on the F5 with the following message, "Unable to transfer data to peer - (no child processes)".
