moving objects from a 10.2 LTM to an 11.2 LTM
I have two load balancers an old 1500 that can't be upgraded anymore and a newer one that is in production that runs a much newer OS. I want to know if there is an easy way to migrate objects from the old one to the new one. The old one is bippipe and the new one is TMSH. I don't want to put all the objects in through the GUI (which is part of the reason I haven't done it yet.) I have (with a lot of help from this forum) written quite a few TMSH scripts so I know my way around adding things that way but...
Any help would be great. Also, the outside interface of both machines is on the same network. If I move objects am I going to have to wait for arp timeouts and stuff (delays?) Thanks Joe

You should be able to export the configuration as an SCF I believe. The SCF should have all the tmsh rather than bigpipe commands. Use the [tmsh] save sys config file ‘filename’ command. The resulting file will be in: /var/local/scf/.
