LTM is not responding, console is inaccessible

Hi, Actually I have a two boxes of big-ip ltm box (viprion c2400), suddenly the secondary box is not responding at all, even console is inaccessible, I did restart multiple times, it is not responding yet. so how do i troubleshoot it ?

      Hi, have this case solved in RMA support ticket or did you some workaround to that? Thank you.

    have you tried to re-seat a blade or move it to another slot?
